Extra virgin olive oil is one of the most valuable and recognized symbols of the Mediterranean culture and cuisine.

The olive tree and the typical landscapes full of this wonderful plant is the passion that gave rise to the Agricultural Farm Gialìda, a company where the ancient agricultural traditions are harmoniously combined with the most advanced technologies of oil extraction.

The outcome of our proud work is the GIALIDA extra virgin olive oil, which is the result of care and respect in the cultivation of secular hilly olive groves settled in ancient area of Curatoria di Coros, in the territory of Ittiri, in Sardinia.

In these campaigns, happily exposed to winds and sun, 600 monovarietal olive plants of cultivar Bosana give rise to GIALIDA, a fruity extra virgin olive oil with characteristic hints of artichoke, thistle and scents typical of the Mediterranean maquis.
